Thought you might like to see this.
I made it today.
I don't like drilling holes for such things!
I want to be able to remove it without a trace.

If I need to add any extra switches I can simply just drill a hole now and not worry.
There is just enough room behind for the switch terminals but I may have to bend them slightly or solder wires directly to the tabs, that's just for the switches we had in stock, other switches may fit a little better.
The USB connection is for the radio.
I could have made it from one piece of steel rather than weld the tabs on but it was a prototype, if you were to produce them you would just get them laser cut to the correct shape.
I suppose you could use if for other applications, 3.5mm jack plug for aux in for the radio?
